Graham Goodall Fined in High Court

Date April 9, 2008

This could be the final battle for Graham and his 49 Trabants stored in his garden. The long battle was decided on after the judge suggested he should have had assumed that a notice to clear the Trabants would be re-ordered after Graham suggested it was an abuse of process as he had not had reasonable notice for appeal as he was in Germany at the time.

Either way, I have seen over the various months on the Wartburg Trabant IFA Club mailing lists, Graham attempting to dispose of his collection through members instead of through crushers. It would of course be a great loss if the collection simply was crushed.
